All US orders are shipped USPS Mail with tracking 2-6 days of your purchase Monday- Friday (unless something is being custom made for you). International orders are shipped First Class USPS 2-8 days of your purchase.
If you would like insurance or your order shipped a different way, please get in touch for a quote.
Please allow 4-10 days for the package to get to you, longer out of the US. If you would like the package delivered to you via UPS or another carrier contact me and I will adjust the prices for you.
Should you not receive your package please let me know and we'll figure something out. Feel free to contact me with questions about your order at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds & Exchanges
Please note that the seller is not responsible for packages damaged or lost during transit.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact us and we’ll find a way to solve it. Customers are responsible for returning damaged goods, including shipping charges if a replacement is decided on.
Returns are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us and we can discuss the situation. If we do agree on a return, the buyer pays the return postage and shipping will not be refunded. The product will be refunded after it has been received and deemed to be in good condition. We can not take back any opened products or anything for topical skin use.
If you have an allergic reaction to any product and would like to let us know we would like to be made aware but can not provide a refund. We suggest doing a patch test if you are unsure of a nut or plant sensitivity.
Additional Policies and FAQs
As with all personal care products, a patch test is recommended whenever using a new product or new scent. Our products are intended for external use only! If you experience skin irritation or redness when using our products, discontinue use immediately.
